The Latino College Access Network (Latinos CAN), like the Hola Center of Iowa, is a pivotal initiative led by the Office of Latino Affairs within the Iowa Department of Human Rights. Launched in 2018 with partial funding from the Iowa College Aid LCAN Grant Series, this network was created to address the unique educational needs and challenges faced by Latino students in Iowa. The primary goal of LCAN is to expand access to higher education, support Latino students through their academic journeys, and provide them with the tools they need to succeed in college and beyond.
Key Milestones
